Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Design, build, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline processes and improve user experience.
- Develop and configure Power Automate workflows to automate manual tasks and integrate business processes across Microsoft 365 and other systems.
- Connect Power Apps solutions to data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and external APIs.
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications for performance, usability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable low-code solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, reviewing solutions, supporting skill development, and promoting delivery of high-quality Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- 2+ years' experience in Power Platforms to include a combination of Power Apps, Power Automate and PowerBI.
- 2+ years' experience in data analysis.
- Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Norfolk, VA.
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Active Public Trust clearance.
- Microsoft Certified Power Platform certifcations preferred.
